Alliance for the Arts
Posted on March 30th, 2009 No commentsI designed and art directed three websites at Funny Garbage for the Alliance for the Arts and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
- NYC Arts is a complete guide to arts and culture in New York City.
- NYC Kids Arts, in addition to being a guide to arts and culture, contains additional information for parents and teachers.
- Alliance for the Arts‘ B to B website.
In April 2009, the project became a 13th Annual Webby Awards Official Honoree. “Of the nearly 10,000 entries submitted to the 13th Annual Webby Awards, fewer than 15% were distinguished as an Official Honoree. This honor signifies an outstanding caliber of work. Congratulations to all of our Official Honoree selections!”

2008 Mermaid Parade Ball
Posted on June 21st, 2008 No commentsThis year, Simcha, Ashley and I threw the Mermaid Parade Ball: The official afterparty of the Coney Island Mermaid Parade!
Duties included designing the website for this year’s ball, and our fabulously cute hot dog costumes. I designed and built the VIP area for the ball. Photos above c/o Elize Hendler. Here are others she took in the photo booth at the party.
And here are my photos from the event.
